At Studio Vivir, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will be happy to refund any new and unused merchandise purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery. Please read our special notes below prior to initiating a return for a smooth and hassle free return process:

Please Note:

• Items returned with scratches or other damage will not be accepted
• Bags and Jackets should have their hang tags attached.
• Personalized and final sale items cannot be returned
• Returns must include original packaging (both company as well as courier packing)
• It may take up to 7-14 business days after receipt for your refund to appear on your credit/debit card statement

• If your purchase was made on any third party website, you must log in to your third party website’s account to initiate the return.
• INTERNATIONAL: Shipping fees, brokerage fees, duty taxes and GST/HST taxes will not be refunded
